Biography

Han’s work focuses on how inequalities of nationhood, carceral punishment, and the workplace shape one another.

Han joins NELP from the Orleans Public Defenders, where he was a staff attorney and Gideon’s Promise Fellow. Prior to law school, Han worked as a defense investigator for the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights, the juvenile public defender in New Orleans.

Han is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the NELP Staff Association, NOLSW, UAW Local 2320.
