Summary
On June 6, 2016, Laura Huizar testified before the New Jersey Senate (NJ Senate), Labor Committee on wage theft and tools for wage enforcement in New Jersey. Keeping in mind the lessons from other jurisdictions will be helpful for the NJ Senate as they consider S. 1396, a bill concerning the enforcement of wage laws in New Jersey.
