Summary
On February 15, 2017, Yannet Lathrop testified before the Nevada Assembly Committee on Commerce and Labor in support of a minimum wage increase to at least $15 in Nevada (A.B 175). A $15 minimum wage would raise pay for nearly 536,000 low-wage workers in the state, many of whom are women over 25 who work full-time while living in or near poverty.
