Summary
On March 11, 2024, Yannet Lathrop testified before the Massachusetts Special Joint Committee on Initiative Petitions in support of a full minimum wage for tipped workers. The Act, H. 4254, would gradually eliminate the subminimum tipped wage and put Massachusetts on a path to greater racial and gender justice.
