“President Trump’s plan to declare a national emergency so he can build his border wall is an unprecedented abuse of executive power that’s likely to be challenged and struck down by the courts.
“Trump’s declaration is arbitrary and false; there’s no crisis at the border. The real crisis is how this administration is targeting and tearing apart immigrant families—a crisis of Trump’s own making.”
