Biography

Since joining the National Employment Law Project over 10 years ago, Information Technology Director Bukola Ashaolu has utilized her background in computer science, systems management, and web development to oversee all aspects of NELP information technology, while providing overall direction to members of the technical support team and other NELP staff members.

In her time with NELP, Bukola has played a vital role in a range of key technological and digital communications projects, including the organization’s expansion from a single location to four locations nationwide, a major website redesign, and several significant process improvement efforts.

Dedicated to ensuring that NELP’s technological systems keep pace with the organization’s growth and progress in support of America’s workers, Bukola is actively engaged in strategic planning for NELP’s ongoing technical needs.
