Summary
On March 11, 2021 Deborah Berkowitz testified before the Connecticut General Assembly, Labor and Public Employees Committee in support of HB 6478, and the similar provisions in HB 6595 and SB 1002, because they will provide our front-line workers with a presumption of coverage by workers’ compensation if they are sickened with COVID-19.
