Executive Assistant

Biography

As an Executive Assistant at the National Employment Law Project, Felisa provides high-level administrative support to the Chief of Programs and Chief of Strategy. She also interfaces directly with staff, the public, allies and other stakeholders in support of NELPs mission to improve workers’ rights and move towards a good job’s economy.

Felisa has a background in environmental studies and social justice and comes with 10 years of administrative support experience including workplace efficiency, calendaring and database management. Prior to joining NELP, she was the executive assistant at the Willie L. Brown, Jr. Institute on Politics & Public Service where she supported the Executive Director and former Mayor of San Francisco Wille L. Brown, Jr.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, she is also involved with local organizations that work on improving the issues impacting her community including those affecting people who identify as low-income, undocumented, queer/trans/gender non-binary/ two spirit as well as sexual assault survivors.
