As Senior Development Manager at NELP, Erin supports relationship management and communication with private foundation partners, including preparing proposals and reports for grants.
Erin brings a decade of experience providing operational, project management, and relationship-building support to executive teams, boards of directors, and advisory councils, as well as human resources support to staff. Her training in HR compliance led her to explore common issues workers face and opportunities to promote fairer labor policies. She is dedicated to using her expertise to build an array of engagement opportunities to NELP’s private foundation partners.
Erin is a member of the NELP Staff Association, NOLSW, UAW, Local 2320.
