Erin Hawkins joined NELP in 2016 as a development manager, supporting foundation and individual giving efforts and overseeing departmental operations. Erin brings several years of experience providing operational and relationship-building support to executive teams, boards of directors, and advisory councils, as well as human resources support to staff. Her training in HR compliance led her to explore common issues workers face and opportunities to promote fairer labor policies. She is dedicated to using her expertise to building an array of engagement opportunities to support NELP’s work.
Erin is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals; and a member of the NELP Staff Association, NOLSW, UAW, Local 2320.
