Reforming Disaster Unemployment Assistance to Support Families Left Jobless After Hurricane Katrina, Their Employers & the Region's Economy (September 13, 2005).  In light of the extremely limited unemployment benefits available to the families left jobless as a result of Hurricane Katrina, this analysis makes the case for major reform of the Disaster Unemployment Assistance program.
